Barbara (née Gunderson) gave the Society the late author's papers on J.R.Booth including this pamphlet which was written in 1984. ISBN 0-920960-34-0. January 1990, republished March 2006. The 1990 version has a photograph of J.R. Booth on the inside front cover. The 2006 has moved the introduction to the end and re-titled it "The Author".
